İt is used in flour and semolina factories for the cleaning and classification of mixed semolina from sieves. The operating system consists of 2 vibro motor and 1 aspirator. The flow amount can be adjusted and the product is evenly distributed on the sieves by means of a curtain. The screening is carried out with 3 layers telero.
The machine is activated by a vibro motor. Equal vacuum is created on the entire screen surface with air ducts and air adjustment clips. Bran and similar attachment surfaces are separated from the product by being suspended in vacuum and sucked from the aspiration connection by air suction. The dewatered product (semolina) is classified according to grain size by sieves. The desired air is adjusted from the air vents located on the machine.
